Cancellation Policy

We work hard to provide the best service possible, and it's difficult to do that if we have cancellations shortly before a reservation. Cancelled reservations within 72 hours of your scheduled event will receive an 70% refund and cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. Once we have arrived to your location for delivery, no refund will be provided for cancellation. Contact us for any questions regarding our cancellation policy.


What is the cost during holidays?

During the holiday season, gathering your family and renting an inflatable is the best way to keep the family entertained. However, due to the high demand during these holidays, our inflatables are reserved months in advance. To ensure an exceptional experience, we invest significant effort in preparing each inflatable. As a result, there is a $170 surcharge for each inflatable rental when rented on one of the days below -

Memorial Day
May 24-27
                           
Independence Day
July  4-6

Pioneer Day
July 22-24

Labor Day
Aug. 30 - Sep. 2
